Marsden (again) and Souter Lighthouse

I went for a walk on the cliffs with two of my house mates, it was really windy and we nearly got blown over several times. It was pretty cold too.

Example of how windy it was:

We see these signs in a lot of places

We went to see 'penguin rock' its not really got penguins on it (I wish) but there are lots of black and white birds nesting on the top.

We went down many a step and onto the beach, Socks and Carolina explored some caves that we weren't meant too - the rebels. Inside the caves it smelled like fire and we found a can saying gun wash - which was different. We also had to carefully avoid the constantly falling bird poo as they were nesting on the cliffs above us.

Socks then careered across the beach to penguin rock to try and beat the tide to the other caves. After clambering about on slippery rocks for about an hour we headed off to Souter lighthouse further down the coastal road.
